In the Final Version 1.1 (the version you have currently obtained)
the following additions and/or modifications have been made.

The 1.1 release version now contains the long requested feature,
that the wizard rebuilds the icon cache after modifications have
been made. To enable this feature, check the "Rebuild Icon Cache"
option in the last page of the wizard. This will rebuild the
cache like TweakUI does (NOTE: This causes a short flickering on your
desktop).
