K-Synch(TM), produced by BEEST Software

	Description: 	K-Synch is a 32 bit program written in Delphi and used to 
			Synch folders/dirs. It allows the copy of hidden, system,
			and newer files. K-Synch uses SCHEMES. Each Scheme can 
			contain From/To information. Each Scheme has a unique name
			and K-Synch allows you to Queue up to five (5) Schemes.

			It runs ONLY on Windows 95 and is FREEWARE!
   
	
	Installation:	Where ever you run K-Synch the first time it will make 
			it's home. Simply unzip K-Synch to any directory.


	Feedback:	Feedback is always welcome and an EMail engine is written
			into K-Synch. Simply click on my EMail address and write
			your comments.

		shall inure to the benefit of BEEST and any successors, administrators, 
		heirs and assigns. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against 
		the other arising out of or related to this agreement shall be brought only 
		in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Cobb county,
		Georgia. The parties hereby consent to in personam jurisdiction of said courts.

	License for Use and Distribution:	

			BEEST Software allows you unlimited use of K-Synch until such time as
			pigs fly and or Microsoft sells 51% controlling interest to IBM.

			You may send this via any known means to any known persons. Please keep
			this file with the executable. No charge for use and/or transfer is
			allowed and/or accepted.
