This is a classic 1970's style red led watch.

I wanted a simple watch/clock display that had some air of uniqueness.
The display uses four numeric LEDs for the hour, minute, second and date.
There are no alarms or any "fancy" functions, just a basic watch. To install
simply copy the program and help file to the directory of your choice. Create
a shortcut to the program and you're done.

The main clock display will show up when you start the program.
There are three buttons located on the outer rim of the watch.
The far right side will exit the watch.
The upper left will cycle between the hour and minutes, the seconds, and the
date.  The date is displayed in the MM/DD format.  The lower left will toggle
between standard and military time.  If the watch is in military mode a small
red light will appear on the upper left-hand side of the red LEDs.  If
standard time and between noon and midnight (i.e. P.M.) the red light will
appear on the upper right-hand side of the red LEDs.  Pressing the right mouse
button, anywhere on the watch, will bring up a small options screen.

The "Display delay" is a value (in seconds) that can be increased or
decreased by pressing the up and down arrow keys to the right.  The delay
is the amount of time that the seconds or date will display before
returning back to the hour and minute display.

The "Mouse display" check box is a toggle. When checked it will cause
the watch to turn off the display (become idle) whenever the program
loses focus. (I.e. anytime you use the mouse in any place other than the
watch.) Once you click the watch with the mouse the display will re-appear.

The "Help/About" button on the bottom brings up the online help file.

The Watch Color changes the watch to either silver or gold in appearance.
(Note: the buttons on the watch remain "silver" regardless.)
