Adding to the To Do List
Step by step instructions:
1. | Click the To Do button on the toolbar to display the To Do List. |
2. | Click the New button at the bottom of the To Do List, or double-click in a blank part of the list. |
3. | Set the priority. This determines the order the items are displayed in the To Do List. |
4. | Type in the to do item and the due date. The due date is not used to determine when the item is displayed -- it is for information only. |
5. | If there are sub-projects, enter each one and the due date. If the item has already been accomplished, click in the check box. |
