The Page Headings

The page headings are set by the following commands. Some possible alternative styles are listed as comments. 

% \pagestyle{noheadings}
% \pagestyle{plain}
\pagestyle{myheadings}
\markright{\protect\rule[-5pt]{\linewidth}{1pt}\hspace{-\linewidth}%
{\protect\large Maple V\ \  Release 3}}%

For example, to change to the ``plain'' page style add the line plain} to the preamble of your document.
