		PowerMapper Standard customers receive 30 days free support from support technicians.
		PowerMapper Professional customers receive free lifetime support directly from the development team.
		E-Mail Support is our preferred support option because it provides you with the best possible service. Our e-mail address is support@electrum.co.uk
		Telephone Support is available Monday - Friday 9.00AM - 6.00PM GMT from +44 (0)131 555 4241. You can leave a message outside these hours.
		Fax Support is available by faxing your problem to +44 (0)131 555 6319.

Please note that we do not provide support for evaluation copies. With all support incidents you need to provide us with the following information:

• A URL we can use to reproduce the problem (if possible)
• PowerMapper version number. You can find this in the About Mapper dialogue, which is under the Help menu.
• Operating System name and version number.
• Internet Explorer version number.
• A description of the problem with as many details as possible including the full text of any messages that appear.
