SYMPTOMS
When you receive junk e-mail with a blank From field and attempt to setup
an inbox rule to filter it out, you will not be able to filter on a blank
From field.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Exchange Server

WORKAROUND
Try to filter on other fields like the Subject field, for example.
