REBOOT - Forces a warm or cold system reboot
SYNOPSIS
REBOOT [/V] [/S]
DESCRIPTION
REBOOT forces the system to restart. By default, the REBOOT causes
a "warm" boot, which is the same as pressing the reset button on the
computer.
OPTIONS
/C - Forces a "cold" boot, which is the same as power-cycling the computer.
Sometimes a cold boot is necessary to properly reset an unstable system.
/V - Asks user to verify that they wish to proceed with the reboot.
