Installation notes:

1). To install TRANSX95 make a temporary directory and copy TRANSX95.ZIP
    into it. TRANSX95.ZIP was created with pkzip v204g.

2). Use PKUNZIP to unzip TRANSX95.ZIP to create T95XXX.ZIP Where
    XXX=The version number ie. 396

3). Use PKUNZIP to unzip T95XXX.ZIP into the component files.
