Adding Combustion Atmospheres

Before a Combustion apparatus can generate an effect you must add and set parameters for a Combustion atmosphere.

To add Combustion to the Atmosphere Effects list:

  1. Choose Rendering/Environment.
  2. Click Add in the Atmosphere area.
  3. Choose Combustion from the Add Atmospheric Effect dialog.
  4. Click Move Up or Move Down to change the order of a selected effect in the list.

You can add any number of combustion effects to a scene. The order of effects is important, effects near the bottom of the list are layered in front of effects near the top of the list.

Each effect has its own parameters. When you select a combustion effect in the Effects list, its parameters appear in the Environment dialog.
