Orbit/Pan Spotlight
Rotates a spotlight about the target (Orbit) or rotates the target about the spotlight (Pan).
Reference
This button replaces the Arc Rotate button when a spotlight viewport is active.
This button is a flyout that contains two functions:
Orbit Spotlight: Rotates the spotlight about its target. Free spotlights use the invisible target, set to the target distance specified in the spotlight Parameters rollout.
Pan Spotlight: For a target spotlight, rotates the target about the spotlight. For a free spotlight, rotates the spotlight about its local axes.
To constrain panning or orbiting to a single axis, hold down the SHIFT key. The pan or orbit is constrained to the axis you first move while the SHIFT key is down.
To accelerate panning or orbiting, hold down the CTRL key before you pan or orbit.
