Save Active View

Saves the active view to an internal buffer.

Reference

The viewport that will be restored is displayed in the menu item (for example, “Save Active Perspective View”). You can save and restore up to eight different views (Top, Bottom, Left, Right, Front, Back, User, Perspective).

How To

To save an active view

  1. Activate the viewport with the view you want to save.
  2. Choose Views/Save Active View from the menu bar.

    3. The view is now saved.
