Select Time

Select Time allows you to select a block of time by clicking and dragging without changing the selection.

The first step in editing time is to select the block of time you want to work with. You can use one of two buttons to select time in the Edit Time Window:

• Select Time to select time without changing the selection.
• Scale Time to select time with the option to begin scaling the selection immediately.

Select Time: Allows you to select a block of time by clicking and dragging without changing the selection.

How To

To select time:

1. Select one or more item labels in the hierarchy list to select those tracks for time editing.
2. Click Select Time or Scale Time.
3. Select time from the selected tracks by dragging in the Edit Time window.

If a selected track does not support time operations, time selection in that track is ignored.
