• As the chairman of the Organizing Committee of the Conference, I have pleasure in inviting you to the 2nd Conference TELSIKS'95, which will be held from 10th through 12th October 1995. in Nis, Yugoslavia.
• The Conference TELSIKS (Telecommunications in Modern Satellite and Cable Services) is intended to be a highly competent scientific and professional meeting of national character with great international contribution.
• The previous Conference was held in 1993, in Nis. The actual topics, a large number of quality papers, extremly great participation on the sessions and round tables and good organization, made this Conference to find its place in the group of renowned scientific meetings. Some high quality papers, after getting the additional, positive refeering, were printed in the special issue of international publication Facta Universitatis (series Electronic and Energetics) of the University of Nis. The aim of the conference TELSIKS'95 is to improve the development, manufacturing and introducing the modern television technologies through the efficient exchange of information and presentation of current scientific results.
• This year the Conference will focus on Modern Broadcasting Technologies. The Conference TELSIKS'95 will gather over 140 papers of domastic and foreign authors. Besides the plenary papers and the contributed papers, it will be presented the proffessional papers with the results of scientific research character. Also, it will be held two round tables with the actual subjects in the area of modern technologies in radio broadcasting systems. I truly hope that you'll attend the Conference TELSIKS, and in that way contribute to its quality.
