Raising Money For Your Team/Club

The most efficient and profitable way is to follow the following procedure:

Subscriptions

Have your members fill out the form provided by us below. They should give it back to you with a cash/check made out to you (or your club) for $12.00.

You then send us the completed forms with a check/money order total calculated as a multiple of $10.00 per form.

Single Copies

Have your members give you $2.95 cash/check with their order. Send us a check/money order for the total number ordered multiplied by $1.95. We will send you the single copies ordered.
