No problem. That pre-download waiting time really annoyed me, and it took me
a fair while to figure out what was going on. I didn't RTFM ;-) and I just
happened to have SnoopDOS running one time and noticed it was accessing this
rogue file. I deleted it and it fixed it.
For a brief time I did have it set as a rollover file using PFS3, but now I
realise that I can't be bothered, because if I do get duplicate mail, I can
always hit the Delete key :-)
