err, 'duplicate mail' is designed o that you can choose to leave your mail
on a server and NOT download it all again the next time you run YAM. you
only need one copy of it locally anyway! I dont recommend keeping email on
a server. its safer to download it and then you at least get the chance of
backing it up :-)
(leaving mail on server is handy if you happen to wish to read your email on
someone elses machine for a brief perios....then when you get back home you
can still download it onto your own machine)
