I'm using Voyager 3.2 with Genesis. The error I got is as follows:-

I cancelled that window and then got a message alongside the NTL
logo in a web page which stated:-
Your browser has issued a request that the registration server
has denied.
Please contact NTL customer support if the problem persists.

I'm afraid its all gobbledegook to me. Perhaps someone here knows
