I have one bought from Eyetech about 18months ago so they have probably
changed the model since. Mine works fine - Acer (but I can't get at the
model no). In fact, I got so fed up with it tying my Amiga up, I put it on
the PC but I got more coasters with the Pc than I ever did with the Amiga so
it's back again! I just write CD's when I go to bed.

Make sure you have a driver for your CD writer which supports DAO - mine
doesn't. Check with the software authors or distributors (or Eyetech who
sell both h/w and s/w) before you buy. It's no great problem to have a
slight gap in a medley but to copy correctly, the gap shouldn't be there.
Cheers
Geoff.

Did you know that dolphins are so intelligent that within only a few
weeks of captivity, they can train humans to stand at the edge of the
pool and throw them fish?
