Exactly :-) So, assuming that you banned sale of CD-R(W) drives from
commercial outlets, but allowed them to be sold to developers, and people
who need them for their trade, then what's to say that certain people at the
developers would not 'leak' out CD-R(W) drives to the black market.

Hmmm... I placed an advert. I think it was a Kalashnikov for £50 (+ £10 P+P)
and about £1500 for an Accuracy Int'l. Sniper Rifle. Maybe it was because
AmiBench is down :-)
