Well, that's when the fan in the PSU works! And no, there is no
heat sink. There are a bunch of IDE cables in the way of the CPU as
well. A4000 cases are small :)

Weird :). I have the original 040/25 card still that came with the
system, and it had a heat sink and a fan (I say had until the glue came
unstuck when I unplugged it).
