And it's been going on for ages, everywhere...
When I took Motor Vehicle Technicians Cert Pt I (City & Guilds) I
passed with distinction, and the rest of the group failed. I had to go
to another College 30 miles away to continue the course, and was
there three weeks when they decided that the others had actually
passed, and the course could continue.
Rather embarrassing all round, we thought.
