I know what I'm writing: a C version of StreamMP3.rx that will actually let you
stop the streaming, get more info from the server, and maybe rack up the things
in a playlist. So far I've worked out EXACTLY how to get it to work with the
same method as the ARexx script (spool a socket() connection into a PIPE: and
make C:MPEGA read from the PIPE:) but I'd rather do some fancy buffering and
things ;)

Hence the need for the library.

It would be nicer if one of the many many Winamp clones out there actually
supported streaming the damn files anyway :/
