If you have enough common sense and a technical knowledge of the vehicle
you ARE driving, you can do whatever you like as long as you don't get
'caught'. Both of the people I mentioned have a decent technical knowledge
of driving cars, bikes, tractors, mowers, some with fundamentally different
workings to those of a car, but that does not preclude them from using them
simply because they can't prove on paper that they 'can'.

Also, a forged driving license doesn't give you any 'right' to drive, either,
but it still qualifies as a peice of paper purporting to justify you being
behind that wheel. Does it mean anything? No, nothing at all. Just like
how money is just thin, inky cottony paper with no real "value" at all.

It's all perceived value.

Like they can pin anything on *me* :)

Dr. Paul Youngman, my boss, isn't qualified. At least not for medicine, he could
pretty well show you around a particle accelerator or explain fluid dynamics,
but isn't even qualified to make you say 'aaahh' and place a lolly stick on your
tongue.

The letters don't mean dick.
