IBM have licenses to mess with AltiVec, if they can get it up to speed, then
they can use it however they like. They didn't want to before but now it
seems they do.
If Motorola won't make any more G4e, G5 and whatever lines then that's
that, but IBM are now and forever will be able to advance what they have;
the G4 as it stands, and the AltiVec unit.
