duh! of course a driving licence qualifies you to drive. its a qualification
you have to have to use the roads. it doesnt, however, as you allude to,
mean that you are incapable of driving if you dont have one.

please match up qualifications, a degree in fluid dynamics will help get you a
job in a situation that needs that sort of skill, a BTEC or HNC in plumbing
would help you to replumb a kitchen. but anyone who's brave enough and plans
ahead can do that job also.

thanks...so now i have to avoid non-licenced drivers who dont have any
insurance too!! thanks..
