Subject:UU-encoding?

Greets,

I've been asked by a friend how to decode a UU-encoded file
received on a PC, and the question has me interested. Can someone
tell me if and how it can be done with PC software? I know how on
an Amiga as I've used UU-encoding a lot in the past, on Fidonet.

Here's the question:

>the file is still UU-Encoded, so how do I go about Decoding it in
>Outlook Express? I have searched everywhere and can`t find the answer and
>the helpfiles dont mention it, (not that I can find it in Windows 98).
>Encode is there but nothing about Decode :-(((
