If a program uses an FPU instruction that the 060 cannot do, simply
re-installing the processor libraries will make no difference. You'd
need to run Cyber/Oxypatcher.
I don't think that would be the problem, since IDEFix doesn't kill my
060. Unless you have a different version - I'll be installing the
latest one from Aminet tonight to see if I can solve some of my own
IDE problems :) I'll let you know if the new version screws my 060.

How can you format the disk if your Amiga crashes after 4 seconds? Or
is that without using IDEFix?
