Personally, I would convert the files to CDDA and use the Advanced
section of MasterISO.
But I know some people have had trouble making audio disks in v2.5.
With MakeCD I expect you need the more expensive version, but I don't
have this program. AFAIK the expensive version is the equivalent of
"Advanced" in MasterISO.
