certainly if you RELY on the book, you'll not do well. you ahve to know the
book, and only open it up to get the exact reference or quote you need.

hey! Guess what the Polytechnic system used to involve! yep, the good old
sandwich courses. what a BRILLIANT idea it was to rename them all to uni's
and basically force them to follow the same teaching methods. once upon a
time (okay...back in 1992) it was EASY to see which higher education places
would give you practical courses for industry...their names would end in
'polytechnic'................
