Hi,
I've been trying to connect up a 2.5" hard drive to the 44-pin header on the
X-Surf card in my A3000T. I'm using an adaptor supplied by Eyetech to power
the drive from the PSU rather than the 44-pin header.
The problem is that with the drive connected my machine won't boot, I can get
as far as the ESM, but only the CyberStorm card shows up in the hardware
diagnostic page, ie none of the zorro cards are recognised.
Has anyone successfully connected an IDE drive to this card?
I have emailed Eyetech about this, but thought I might as well ask here as
well.
