Yeah, that's what I meant. I forgot to use little ^^^^ to indicate what I
meant after I decided that quoting the ad would be really silly.

I imagine the policy change will resurrect the lost art of small-time
ListServ/MajorDomo administration, as the "free ride" is no longer nearly
as attractive.
