I sent mine off by post as I was not on the net then, and Ive yet to hear
from them, and that was last Nov. But I'm not to fussed. However, just
start Miami and you can register it by clicking "StartMiamiRegister" and
follow the details it gives. Obviously it's by credit card, but you will
instantly have the full unrestricted version!
