It's still online - the shutdown order was stayed.
The RIAA put forward a rather well-put case for shutting down Napster
after all this happened. You can find it referenced on Slashdot
somewhere, www.slashdot.org (search for Napster at the bottom). I'm
late for work or I'd post the URL here :)
