Im no technician, all I know is, they removed one of those crystal thingies
(the one near the edge of the board) and fiddled around with the
multiplier.
In the end your 66mhz bus will become 50mhz, and your clockspeed will
increase. 166mhz becomes 175, 200 becomes 210, 240 becomes 250.

I think Phase5 would still fix it for free to be honest, but I dont know
