Hello,
Could one of the HTML boffins (preferably one privy with HTML 4.0
Transitional :-) check out the following URL for me please:

How the hell do I get the "Blah Blah" to rest directly underneath the top
image? It's stuck in the middle and it won't move unless I add more text,
but I want it up at the top by default. Adding the attribute 'valign="TOP"'
doesn't seem to have any effect, and according to my book on HTML 4.0, it
should do!
