When they said "Debian is going into it's first test cycle which will
be finished in two weeks and the release will be after that [if all goes well]"

And then it went into test cycle "whoops we found some bugs!" two. Two
weeks!

And now it's gone into the 'final' test cycle. Watch it get delayed ;)

No I don't have free internet access. I can afford to wait, and besides I
don't actually need much ;)

The whole point of OpenSource is that there are 50 other people out
there to fix the bugs: I shouldn't have to do it, my job isn't to fix other
people's dumbass bugs and kernel panics.

I must admit, I've been working on a bit of a GUI "plan" for a while, and I
ditched most of it and said "see feature in GNOME" for a lot of it ;)

Thanks
