But...but..but! If I have to do that, why would I install Linux?
That tells me that I'd need to start again with all new software
to benefit from Linux.

I'll try to get a copy of Linux Format, but there's only a small
newsagent near me with a small selection of magazines. I'll keep
sniffing around: and I'll probably wait for when 'AmigaOne' is on
sale and has reached reasonable stability before I pull down the
fence and wander into new pastures :-)
