It is only of interest to those who either
1. are interested in operating systems for the sake of it
or 2. want to run a web server
or 3. have a PC and want to replace Windows with something more stable

That name "John Marchant" rings a faint bell. You didn't live near
Havant when you were a kid by any chance?
