It's not HiSoft's responsibility to give out the number. They were
decent enough to do it for a while, but it was EMAP's screw-up, it's up
to them to deal with it. That's why anyone contacting EMAP was given the
number.

I can't believe more than a handful of people will look at it now, two
years after buying the mag. When did *you* first try to install it?
