If the service they gave was any good, which it is`nt :( . They can`t
even fix the problems they have at the moment i.e duff IP`s,Dial in
problems,queued email,95% of support staff are clueless and support
telephone numbers that are engaged most of the time (and that`s just
the major ones).

Then again, no ISP is perfect, but BTI is part of a company that runs most
of the U.K telephone network and should know + perform better.

IMHO http://www.ispreview.co.uk/top50/top50.shtml is a better guage of BTI,
it`s second from last (number 49) in the top 50 ISP review, for those who
don`t want to follow the link. :)

Before anybody mentions that i`m on BTI, the problems they have don`t bother
me much (most of the time),but there are some that scream and shout about it
on the support NG.
