Things I can think of...
Did you remove Claire completely before installing Sharon?
Sharon will not install if any part of a previous installation still exists.
Is sparklythings.library included?
Sharon will not operate correctly without sparklythings being available at
all times.
Is the command DailySoap running as a separate task?
The program will refuse to work if DailySoap has not completed at least
three full processes each day.
Make sure all resources required by Sharon are installed in HandBag.
