'fiddling around' with fb.modes and the XF86Config script is part of any
Linux owners job during installation. and its a one off ;-)
as for not getting the PC emulator to work/compile...which emulator was it?
Theres a pre-compile sitting at somewhere like http://come.to/linuxppc
(or was it welcome.to )? anyway...it will compile if you have all the
correct libraries and headers installed 8-)
this is Linux. its for people who want to become computer systems
experts...not brain dead Windows users ...or, come to think of it, heavily
protected and cushioned AmigaOs users ;-)
