But I have also known dyslexic people who had so much trouble with
things like typing URLs correctly that they could hardly use the
Internet.

I'm impressed that you can program, as even one wrong letter in the name
of a variable will stop things working.

Probably each dyslexic person has slightly different symptoms.

I don't think this is just a dyslexic thing. I tend to program for about
half an hour and then take a "break" too. But the break is when your
brain is working out the next bit of code.

I also like to print out the code so far and sit down and write all over
it, draw arrows, etc. Some people like to do it all on screen. It
doesn't matter much so long as the thing works in the end.

One good example is David Lean, the film director (Lawrence of Arabia,
Great Expectations, etc).
