It does? Hm, my vinyl player sounds like 8-bit Paula ;) But then, I
stopped buying records when digital technology became more available.
MiniDisc's and CD-RW's are the way forward, even though you can't
scratch with them, but that style has long since disappeared (hopefully :).
I've seen digital mixing set-ups using CDs and MDs, and although I'm no
audiophile (but music was my highest grade subject at school), it
certainly put older methods to shame (in my opinion).

Well, my cheap-but-effective sound card on my PC achieves better
results than my Amiga (I'm talking about mixed sound, not
one-sample-per-channel as Paula does).
But, I use what's better for the job - not because I have a PC or
because I have an Amiga... if it does what I want, I use it.
