Just to tidy up this loose end, the complete solution to the C4D installation problem was published on AFCD35 (Jan 99). This contained my revised installer script, together with the C4D and Magic Link licence numbers (the licence number is not the only problem with CUCD27!!). If anyone wants a copy of this script (which doesn't have you swapping CD-ROMs like AF's proposed solution), just mail me privately and I'll send it by return.
