"dodgy"? I presume you mean home hi-fi turntables? Nope. They don't have
pitch control or faders or anything needed for that sort of thing. Unless of
course, every record you had was all in the same time. ;^)

Man of taste! :) I wish I could afford Technics, but at £800+ for an entire
package I wno't be seeing one of those babies for a little while yet.

Mmm, maybe. I hate cheapo midi systems. I love seperates. Better control of
seperates like record volume level and the like. Better equalizers as well.
Not the reason I would buy a really expensive turntable though.
