Certainly bertainly, well, to the best of my ability anyway. A buffered
interface basically allows you to connect more than one IDE device to your
A1200's motherboard socket at the same time - essential really if you want a
CD-ROM and hard drive. I _think_ the buffered thing is important because it
minimises damage to your motherboard - I'm not sure though.

See above. It's really simple to install, you just connect a cable (they
should supply you with one, but check first. If they don't, you want a
standard 44pin to 44pin cable) to the buffered i/f and to the motherboard,
and then connect the rest of your devices up to the other ports.

Probably, yeah. I don't have experience of PowerC's IDE interfaces, I only
used Eyetech ones, which are pretty much the same price. Check with PowerC
because I don't know about them in particular.
