oh, they'd have to - as the main purchaser would be paying up front...and
none I know could afford to have people taking stuff for free. especially
stuff that costs more than a few nights out! ;-)

the user-group has to be strong and represented. they also have to advertise
and push these promotions...not just casually mention it..or even know about
it in their own heads. further ideas for this would be a 'mixed combo'
hardware order. after all, the user-groups all meet up in a single
place...so orders could be done with discount for a certain number of items
etc
