Use mono playback. Mono with div 2 sounds much better than stereo at div
4. I used something like "mpega d- 2 -q 1 -m" on my 040/28.

It's the only thing to use. Most of the GUI players use mpega.library
anyway, but steal CPU cycles for the GUI updates.
